In the September 2023 ISSA Journal, I worked with my colleague Natalie Jorion to publish this piece about SEC cyber materiality. You can access the article here.

I did a webinar with ISS Corporate about the SEC materaility rule. You can watch the replay here (free registration required)

I was interviewed by Law.com about the SEC cyber security rule (also requires a free registration).

But I also did some non-materiality work. I wrote a column for @ISACA on the value of near-misses and a second column about recent legal action against CISOs.

2023 was a whirlwind year for cyber risk management. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2024!
